Our Products are digital goods delivered instantly upon purchase. Due to the immediate, non-revocable nature of accessing and consuming digital content, once access is granted, it is impossible for us to determine if the content has been viewed, downloaded, or utilized.
Therefore, we strictly maintain a policy of no refunds, exchanges, or credits for any digital product or course purchase.
3. All Sales Are Final

All sales are considered final and non-refundable, regardless of the user's satisfaction, usage of the course material, or change of personal circumstances (e.g., job change, lack of time, course material no longer relevant to user needs).

4. Technical Issues Exception
The only exception to this No Refund Policy is for verifiable technical defects originating with our platform that prevent access to the purchased product.

If you experience an inability to access the purchased content due to a verifiable, system-wide technical malfunction on our end, you must report the issue to us via info@nursingehub.com within 72 hours of purchase.

We will attempt to resolve the issue within a reasonable time frame. A refund will only be issued if, after exhausting all reasonable technical remedies, we are unable to provide access to the purchased material.
